decimate(Ei, param)

Decimate signal.

Parameters:

• Ei (np.array) – Input signal.

• param (optic.utils.parameters object, optional) –

  Parameters of the decimation process.

  • param.SpSin : samples per symbol of the input signal.

  • param.SpSout : samples per symbol of the output signal.

Returns:

Eo – Decimated signal.

Return type:

np.array
